Chad Gloede

Chad Gloede has been a staple in the Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities. He has resided in Cedar Rapids since age 2 and obtained his bachelors degree in 2004 from the University of Iowa.

He’s been passionate about working with others to achieve their desired goals and help them live out the "American Dream" from a young age, making Real Estate a seamless fit.

As Chad began acquiring investment properties shortly after college, he began to understand the do's, don'ts, whys and hows of Real Estate investing and with the encouragement of trusted advisors, he launched his career as a Realtor (currently w/ Remax Real Estate Concepts, formerly w/ Skogman Realty) and has served the Cedar Rapids community and their Real Estate needs since 2012.
